Vasiyat lets you complete the entire Will creation process — all 9 steps — and preview your generated document before you pay anything. The preview shows the complete structure of your Will with personal details redacted. You only pay when you are confident the document meets your needs.
Vasiyat is an instant digital delivery service. Once a Will document has been delivered to you, the service has been fully rendered. Refund eligibility is determined by your delivery status:
Full refund — No delivery made
If you paid but have not downloaded a PDF, received an email, or saved a vault file, you are eligible for a full refund. No questions asked.
Goodwill review — After delivery
If you have downloaded, emailed, or saved your Will, the service has been fully rendered and a refund is not automatically available. However, we will review requests on a case-by-case basis for:

Refunds are not available if you have downloaded or emailed the completed Will and there is no technical defect in the document.
Every download, email, and vault save requires a server-validated delivery token. Our system records when a delivery token was issued (metadata only — never the content of your Will). This log is used to determine refund eligibility.

We will review your request and respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method via Razorpay.
You may cancel your annual subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not trigger a retroactive refund for the current subscription period. Any Wills already generated remain yours.
